The newly married actress Demet Özdemir does not fall off the agenda with her private life and projects. The famous actress, who posed strikingly for the September issue of L’Officiel Magazine before her wedding, came to the fore this time with her statements to the magazine.
Stating that she grew up on the streets in her interview, Demet Özdemir stated that she had a childhood where she grew up without mold and freely, climbing trees and playing with barbie dolls, adding, “Your observation skills increase when you mix with the streets, nature and life in your childhood. I was an imaginative girl. I did everything by dreaming. We can call it a kind of affirmation,” she said.
Stating that she gets along well with everyone, the actress stated that the people she loves are numbered and said, “My loved ones are numbered. I can’t give up on them,” she said.
Defining fate as a road map, the actress said, “It is in your hands which stops you will stop and which direction you will go. You are the compass,” she says, adding that she determined her destiny herself.
Demet Özdemir, who has 15.5 million followers on social media, also surprised me with her confession that “I was annoyed with social media at first”.
However, at the end, Demet Özdemir, who learned to deal with social media, said what she said about it; “I can’t say I don’t mind comments on social media. There are times when I feel sad. Apart from the comments made to me, it is my real regret that people can spew such malice even though they know what we will see and read.”
Stating that she thinks the actress in Turkey are good enough to compete with their colleagues abroad; “I even believe we can beat them. A lot of set mishaps, upbringing, constant performance, we are cooking on the set. It’s like running a marathon. We have to train,” she said.
