Eda Ece explained that after the earthquake disaster that took place on Monday, 6 February at midnight, she went out to buy aid materials to send to the region, and she was very happy to see that many people acted like her.
Eda Ece, who praised the awareness of helping the Turkish people, also took part in the donation campaign jointly broadcast by many television channels and mediated the collection of donations from the public.
The famous actress explained her feelings and experiences with these words: “I have been doing everything I can for days. But on the other hand, I am very proud of the Turkish people. Even the morning after an earthquake at midnight, when I went to buy something, I saw everyone running with me. That’s why I got so emotional. We are such a nation. It hurts my heart too.
Hopefully, we will send as much aid as we can to these ten provinces and help them rebuild their lives. However, what we lost will not come back, so we are still sad.”
