The second season of the Kırmızı Oda series, which meets with the audience on TV8 screens on Friday evenings, continues. Although the first season of the series, starring Binnur Kaya, was very successful, things turned upside down in the second season.
An important step has been taken so that the Kırmızı Oda, whose ratings have been decreasing for a long time, does not lose even more viewers. At a time when tv8’s boss Acun Ilıcalı was considering taking a break if necessary, the Erkan Petekkaya formula was activated.
Erkan Petekkaya, who was included in the story as a savior to revive the Kırmızı Oda series, appeared on the tv8 screen again with the Sadi character, which impressed many viewers.
The good feelings created by the emotional hug of the doctor lady and Sadi to each other, unfortunately, disappeared with the results of the ratings. Maybe the decline in the Kırmızı Oda series was stopped, but it seems that the effect of Erkan Petekkaya did not resonate that much.
The series, which ranked twelfth in the category of all people, again achieved below-average rates. The series, which finished the day in the eighth place in AB and ABC1 groups, is far from the old ratings.
Even if Erkan Petekkaya comes as the savior, it is questioned how useful this is for the Kırmızı Oda… Still, it is a good development that the series’ decline has stopped. However, it is also questioned how long tv8 will continue a Kırmızı Oda at these rates.
Acun Ilıcalı’s formula to take a break from the series disappeared with the arrival of Erkan Petekkaya. After that, the series either gets good odds, or an experiment is made by changing the day, or it walks to the final step by step.
