The famous actress described the incident that happened to her when she first came to Istanbul as follows; “We’re filming a scene where they give me an injection on a drama set. I’m not afraid of needles, but if it’s in the hands of a nurse or doctor… The art team couldn’t find a fake syringe. We took 4-5 shots using the syringe with the tea in it. My actress friend (Funda İlhan) who made the injection says, ‘It’s not coming, right, I’m scared or something.’

We’re on the last plan. Funda brought the needle right up to my arm and inserted it into my jacket, making sure it was right. Shocked, I turned my head and just looked at her. We both stayed. We didn’t say a word until we said ‘cut’. Then, when Funda said ‘I’m kidding’, she came to my senses and said, ‘No, it took my arm. I felt that they were all injected into my arm,’ I said. I just took the jacket off. My arm was swollen, I went to the hospital.

Thank God she did not come to a vein or to a place where it could pose a danger. I ripped it off with antibiotics. But the doctor said, ‘You could die if it came to the vein.'”
