Mert Ramazan Demir, who we are watching as Ferit in the series, gave some details about the character to the audience in his interview broadcast on Romanian television.
For Ferit’s character, he said, “Spoiled, self-conceited and even over-confident, in the dimension of narcissism. He does not value anything but his word, there is his grandfather, the person he values. Someone who can give up on anyone but him. Once he gets what he wants, he can immediately look his way,” he said.
Mert Ramazan Demir said that he would get to know the character over time and wondered where he would go in the following episodes.
While describing Ferit’s character, commenting that he will become worthless to him after acquiring Seyran, Mert Ramazan Demir stated that the reason why Seyran is valuable is that he constantly contradicts Ferit.
When asked about his resemblance to the character of Ferit, the actor said that after playing a character 6 days a week, people try to identify him with Ferit.
Mert Ramazan Demir said, “On the contrary, I was a completely different person before I started this job. When I started playing Ferit, I became Ferit in that process. In my normal life, I act like Ferit. I am shaped by Ferit’s mood. Sometimes if there’s a spoiled episode on set, I’m like a spoiled kid. Frankly, I am shaped by it. There is nothing from me. According to the scenario, I become Ferit that week.”
