Elkızı series, broadcast on Fox TV, came to the screen on Sunday evening with its 11th episode. Previously, the series, whose 10 episodes were broadcast on Saturday evenings, could get a rating close to the average. However, the day change did not work for the series.
Even if there is an expectation that it will make a final in the 13th episode, it was also evaluated that the Elkızı series’ getting good results on its new day could extend its life. However, the ratings of the series dropped a lot. We see that Elkızı received very low ratings compared to the previous ones, against the two powerful TV series called Teşkilat and Yargı.
Ranked 13th in the all-person category, the series finished the day 15th in the EU and 16th in ABC1. This low performance of the series has now strengthened the final possibility. Fox TV did not make an official statement, but the claims that the 13th episode would be the finale were the subject of the news.
The continuation of the series with these low ratings is against the policy of Fox TV to date. It was also an unreasonable step for the channel management to take the Maske Kimsin Sen contest to Saturday evenings and pull Elkızı to Sunday. Because, with its last episode, the Maske Kimsin Sen contest brought results even below the ratings that Elkızı could achieve.
This situation shows that if the Maske Kimsin Sen contest was broadcast on Sunday evenings and Elkızı’s day was not changed, much better ratings could have been achieved.
The first trailer of the new episode of the series starring Sevda Erginci, Perihan Savaş and İsmail Ege Şaşmaz was also shared.
