The father of the famous actor passed away when he was a child. Uraz Kaygılaroğlu stated that there is a similar story in the cemetery scene in the Üç Kuruş TV series and said:
“In the series Üç Kuruş, which I really felt, there was a scene of Kartal at the grave, in the first episodes. He thought it was his best friend’s grave. It turned out later that it wasn’t.
There was a part in that scene where he talks about his father. I also lost my father at a young age. There was a lot of overlap between the situation there and my own situation. It had a huge impact on me while I was reading it. I couldn’t hold back my tears while reading at home. I felt so much in that scene. In return, he was greatly admired.”
