Childhood years: He grew up in Şanlıurfa until the age of 7. “As far as I remember, I was always on the streets, it was beautiful. Since my mother and father were civil servants, we lived in different parts of Urfa. I grew up in the mud on the streets. Family and neighborhood relations were very warm. We lived in courtyard houses. We slept in the roofs, we were washed with a hose. This is my childhood as well as Turkey’s point of view was also risky because it coincided with a political era. Business life view: When he started the series after college, the district governor character he played was a mustache, and then all the producers and channels asked for a mustache. “When the audience loves you so much, you have to be. We occasionally try to break it. Reading acting is not like studying engineering, because the possibilities for a new graduate player are much more limited. The times you will do are certain acting. Apart from that, you cannot stop people and sell your profession by saying “I am an actor, I will do something to you.”
What was the reason for Sultan Abdülhamit to accept his role: He wanted to portray an Ottoman sultan. “It was also beautiful when Abdulhamid became. The script was very good, the story was deep. Our plateau is very good, the team is very professional. These were the factors that allowed me to accept the role. ”
Did he have any concerns while portraying the role of Sultan Abdülhamit; The only point he thought was physical resemblance. Do I look like him? Or is it very important to look like? What should I do because his nose is more arched? Shall we wear your beard? His neck stands forward, am I a little hump? He thought about them a lot. “Then we realized that; to reflect the meaning and depth of the character that matters. It’s ridiculous to try to look exactly like him because it won’t. It is a very difficult thing … It makes more sense to explain the emotion rather than the physical dimension of the work. ”
Career plan: Acting throughout his life. “In Turkey, if you roll your first career, which continues to confront the audience always in the same line. In my normal life, there is no production that constantly hangs in heavy brother mode. I guess if I live like this, my life won’t be too long. I’ve never had a worry about proving my private life to anyone. ”
Concerns: It is very important for parents to be together in terms of child development: “I don’t like divorces. I feel sorry when I see the divorced people and their children. Before I got married, I always said, “I hope I find the right person, he loves me, I love him, we raise the child together for a lifetime and we never leave.” The child’s psychology always makes me think a lot. That’s why I hope nothing will happen in our lives. ”
Does he have phobia? He has a live broadcast phobia. “I get stuck in live broadcasts and can’t speak much.”
What did fatherhood teach him? “I think there was a little bit of slack before Çınar, against life, against work … Everything was very ordinary. But after Çınar, I started to hang more on life. ”
What impressed his partner: Always positive, warm, smiling face. “Melis has had a happy childhood. This is very important for me. All our childhood problems create a problem in our progressing life. Melis had a happy childhood. His relationship with his family, his fondness for the family, his outlook on life … There was someone who was very positive and cheerful, always smiling and this affected me very much. ”
What does he do at home? He likes spending time with his family and cooking outside the set. “We take time for ourselves at home. We teach the child, we become playmates, we deal with household chores, we cook, we try different things. Our life goes like this. ”
His favorite song? He likes the ghazels, most of all, Kazancı Bedih … “What a beautiful Turkish, for example,“ My Life is Out of Cash ”. So is the “Klassir” folk song. In fact, it is class, it means clove. Both his lyrics and melody are very special songs. ”
