Our elders talked and he said, “Let him come as a guest student.” I was 13-14 years old, I went. Then I started going on stage. I heard the applause there. I like it so much. I suddenly started feeling strong. I would go there with his introversion and lack of self-confidence. Müşfik Kenter had come to Samsun to play the play named “Kuva-yi Milliye”. After the game was over, we spoke backstage and stroking my head he asked me “What do you want to be when you grow up?” I replied, ‘I want to be applauded like you’. That day I decided to become an actor. The feeling of applause, being on stage made me feel just like ‘Alice in Wonderland’. Coincidentally, years later I became a student of her sister. I won the Istanbul University State Conservatory Department in the second attempt. When I passed the conservatory exam, I resigned from my bellboy position at the Çırağan Palace and my student life started. Three months later I got a “Blue Card” and that’s when I understood what it means to be a student. When I worked as a bellboy, I was making good money. I was receiving money from a doctor at the age of 17- 18. But it was more important for me to realize my dream than money. I followed my dreams, but I went with a delay of four years. After that, I worked at the City Theater. Together with my friends at the conservatory, we established a cabaret group called Tiyatro Kılçık. I acted there for 7 years. I worked in Asuman Dabak Theater for 4 seasons. I have also done many works on TV.
The turning point of his life: He sees the breaking point in his career as the “Big Family” series. “Actually we had a deal for 13 episodes. Because I was playing in BKM’s “Benim Annem Bir Melek” series. When that series gave a break, I called Brother Necati (Akpınar) saying “There is a summer drama”. ‘Said OK. When I first started I had two lines in the show. The surplus was 70 percent. And the series kept. Ratings are very good. But on the one hand, the new season has come, “My Mother is an Angel” will begin. I called Brother Necati and asked, “What am I going to do?” ‘My son, this is like a world cup, it comes every four years, not everybody. You said, “Continue in the Extended Family.” If it were someone else, I am sure that they would say “I have a contract” and stop. He didn’t do it, he supported it. My standard of living increased after that. In the first years of my marriage, I had financial difficulties. One job is finished in our sector, maybe the other job will come after a year. Also, if you are not known, if you are not famous, you can wait for months. I also had many difficulties at the time. I went back to avoid being seen in the grocery store. In fact, God forgive me, one day, I gave 25 kurus less to the public bus to go to the set and passed. For example, I went on foot a lot. But we stood. ”

My motto is the love I feel for my profession, the discipline, the interest and sincerity I show to every person I meet on the street, and not to overestimate this sector. ”

Career plan: He wants the audience to appear in front of the audience with a drama project and say, “Oh, this kid doesn’t just make you laugh, he can do it well, too.” “The way the audience thinks this way makes me proud as an actor. I would love to participate in any project with Cem Yılmaz. We did not have any communication regarding this request, but we are meeting. Everything that goes through his head makes me laugh a lot. His advice to those who want to be an actor: He thinks that being a schoolboy does not mean that you are a great actor. “If you do not have good equipment either, if you get education from the best theater teachers in the world, it is in vain if you finish the conservatory. But if the material is good, your teachers can knead you and make you better. If you work hard, if you don’t let go of your goals, you will eventually win. It is necessary to want a lot, to observe a lot and to read a lot. Watching theater plays and movies is also very important to improve yourself in this profession. Of course, besides all these, you should have luck. There is also a 50 percent chance factor. It is necessary to make good use of the chances given. Thank God I took good advantage of the opportunities offered to me. In the first episode of “My Mother is an Angel”, my scene count was only one.
