The famous actress Cansu Dere, who has many fans both in Turkey and abroad due to the influential projects she took part in, has been resting for a while after the finale of the TV series “Sadakatsiz” (Unfaithful), which was broadcast on Kanal D screens for two seasons. The actress, who will shoot her next project for Disney Plus, made very special statements about her business and private life in the new issue of Vogue Magazine.
Talking about the difficulties of her profession, Cansu Dere stated that the only thing she could not stand was insomnia; “We are not working at a normal pace. We’re on set five days a week, 12 hours a day. When you do this for a long time, you feel like you’re going to lose your sanity. I just can’t stand the lack of sleep. I’ve been like this since I was a kid. Night sleep is a necessity for me. That’s why night work is the hardest thing for me,” she said.
The actress, who gave life to the character of “Asya” in the TV series “Sadakatsiz”, which was broadcast on Kanal D screens for 2 seasons, said, “One has to find a little bit of herself. I missed myself. I get bored when I see the same people on the screen all the time. Sometimes I even get bored with the character I’m playing.”
Noting that she does not listen to any criticism about her physical appearance, the actress said, “I don’t have a desire to win everyone’s appreciation. Since I was 17, I grew up receiving the admiration and criticism of others. Comments on social media can never make me sad.”
Cansu Dere, who is also known for her love of animals, stated that her cats are good for her with these words; “My cats are taking that meaningless energy I have accumulated. I can’t imagine a world without animals. How terrible to think that only humans live! That’s when it’s complete hell!”
