Famous actress İrem Helvacıoğlu, who gave life to the character of İpek in the TV series Baş Belası, has serious concerns due to the problems experienced in our country recently.
Reminding that we have to leave a beautiful Turkey to future generations, the actress explained that what is happening now is very terrible. The actress said, “One of the things that worries me the most is the next generation… The things we do are getting more negative day by day. I think we should think about what we can do for this and leave a much better legacy for her.”
Expressing that their fears have increased due to some recent developments in Turkey, İrem Helvacıoğlu touched upon the violence and forest fires.
The actress said: “Rape, epidemic, violence, forest fire, these are really terrible things. Lots of lives gone. These are not fixable things. It’s really scary to think of them dying in agony. We are going through a terrible time. I think the real wounds will heal now. Many children were also affected by this situation. I think about how we can do the things that fell on us after the fire.”
İrem Helvacıoğlu said that she wanted to help people in troubled areas, but she did not have many options to do such a thing in Istanbul.
