After two major earthquake disasters in Kahramanmaraş on Monday, February 6, Akın Akınözü attracted attention with his social media posts.
The famous actor showed a section from the book of Robert Greene called “One Law for Every Day” in his share.
This section, titled February 6, was about the importance of construction and the need for a builder to graduate from an apprenticeship.
Just as an earthquake disaster took place in Turkey on February 6, 2023, this chapter in the book translated Akın Akınözü’s feelings.
The famous actor stated that after seeing this page and pointing out the date of February 6, he could not move on to other pages and wrote:
“I couldn’t get to the other pages. In the face of this pain and trauma we are going through, it’s like I’m having a hard time saying “get well soon”… Because it hasn’t passed… It won’t pass until we “build” remarkable days with patience, responsibility and high standards… I wish patience to all of us in the hope of seeing those days together…”
Akın Akınözü thinks about the buildings that collapsed like paper in the earthquake and the people who lost their lives in these buildings.
Expressing responsibility and the need for high-standard construction, the actor’s wish to see those days together does not go unnoticed.
The actor also shared the campaign image on his Instagram account for the start of the construction inspections regarding the expected Istanbul earthquake.
