Tuba Ünsal has completed the final preparations for the theater project, which she has been working on for two years, adapted from Ayşe Kulin’s novel, Adı Aylin. Ünsal is preparing to stage the act next month.

Unsal, who bought the rights to the best-selling novel two years ago, was very excited about her project, but shelved it due to the pandemic.

Unsal, who started to work again with the opening of the theater halls, also overlooked a cost of 2 million liras. Investing in theater acts with the production company she founded, Tuba Ünsal also managed to enter the list of acts supported by the Ministry of Culture in 2021 with her efforts.

While Adı Aylin, which is among the acts supported by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in 2021, will be brought to the stage with Tuba Ünsal’s production company To Be House of Production, the successful actress will also portray the character of ‘Aylin’.

Ayşe Kulin’s unforgettable work, Name: Aylin, one of the best-selling and most translated into foreign languages ​​of twentieth-century Turkish literature, is being adapted for the first time with the direction of Doğu Yaşar Akal and the choreography of Korhan Başaran.

Aylin Devrimel Radomisli Cates is acted by Tuba Ünsal, and the leading roles are shared by Aylin Aslım, Özgürcan Çevik, Selen Domaç, Ece Yüksel and Hande Subaşı.

Tuba Ünsal shared her excitement on her Instagram account and announced that they will open the curtain on February 16. The theatrical adaptation of Ayşe Kulin’s best-selling novel, Name: Aylin, which was published in 1997 and was an event at the time it was published, will meet with the audience at Zorlu PSM Turkcell Sahnesi.
