One of the key elements is the music. The music of ‘tension with lots of violin’ is indispensable in our open channels. It could have been more ‘minimalist’ music (see Fauda). In fact, themes could have been produced from the very nice generic music.”

Sina Koloğlu said the following about Engin Akyürek; “Engin Akyürek’s attitude, his attitude (his stay away from the tabloids, etc.) has always impressed me. It is inevitable that the actors and producers of a country that experiences the complex and inextricable situations of the Middle East every day. An action adventure ‘Escape’ through the eyes of a war correspondent in the abyss of Syria.”

Pointing out that the first episode did not say much about acting, Sina Koloğlu pointed out that counseling can be sought in order to make the series in which Engin Akyürek plays a war correspondent more believable;

“For example, if Coşkun Aral had been a consultant, he could have been more ‘convincing’ in the details of war correspondence (especially the dialogues about this subject at the beginning!), the character of Mehmet (Engin Akyürek). He also drew attention with his comment that the next episodes show how satisfying the series is, how much it will include what happened here.”
