Muzo, who is sitting in a corner while everyone is having fun, calls his brother Sedat to his side and officially threatens him. Muzo asks Sedat who he reminds him of when he first saw Nalan. Sedat also understands who he means. Muzo then tells Sedat that if he harms Nalan, who looks very much like a woman from their past, he will hurt him badly if he does harm to that woman.

The big secret is pouring out of Sedat’s mouth at that moment. Sedat tells Muzo that the fact that the woman in their past preferred him over Muzo is the reason for his brother’s anger towards him.
In this scene, it is understood that the two brothers had fallen in love with the same woman in the past, but the woman preferred Sedat over Muzo. And again, as it turns out, Sedat treated this woman very badly and broke his heart very badly.
