I was also doing theater at that time and TV series was a very new field for me. At that time, I was going to go shopping for clothes for my Necla character in the series, saying, ‘Oh, it suits Necla’ and buying them. In other words, all the clothes Necla wore, or rather the clothes of all the characters, were chosen by the actors themselves and brought to the set.
We used to come to the set with a suitcase all the time. In short, we witnessed hundreds of deaths, births and marriages on that set for seven years. This habit still continues today, provided that I do not interfere too much with anyone’s business.
