While Turkey has been struggling with forest fires that have erupted one after another since July 28; Supporting the ‘HelpTurkey’ campaign of the Yeni Asır newspaper, Ezgi Mola, Farah Zeynep Abdullah, Emre Kınay, Şevval Sam, Burcu Biricik, Murat Boz, Hazal Kaya and Fazıl Say were reacted by making the headlines and targeting celebrities.
Burcu Biricik, the lead actress of the TV series “Camdaki Kız” broadcast on Kanal D, reacted to the news of the “Yeni Asır” newspaper, which also targeted other famous names, including herself, by saying “I am in love with my homeland” on her social media account Instagram.
Biricik said, “Contrary to what I was accused of, I am a citizen who is in love with her homeland, and tries to help as much as she can so that not a single soul gets hurt or a single beauty is spoiled just because of this. I hope I have helped someone in the region, even if it is small, for a need, a tree, an animal.”
