The work for the high-budget series to be shot by Kale Film has been going on for a long time. Bülent İnal, İlker Aksum, Kaan Yıldırım, Ushan Çakır, Ahu Türkpençe, Can Nergis, Altan Gördüm, Burç Kümbetlioğlu were among the names that were finalized to take part in the series. However, a suitable name could not be found for Shams. After a long search, Şems was finally agreed with Mehmet Ali Nuroğlu.

Mehmet Ali Nuroğlu, who transferred to Hacettepe University Theater Department after three years of education at METU Philosophy Department, drew attention with his character Mehmet in the production called Çemberimde Gül Oya. The actor, who played the character of Vedat in the TV series Sen Anlat Karadeniz, which met with the audience in 2018, has been on Turkey’s agenda for a long time.

The talented actor last appeared in the lead role in the TV series Güvercin, which started to be broadcast in 2019. The actor, who has not been involved in TV series projects for a while, was continuing his theater studies in Ankara.
