Taner Ölmez gave life to musician Müslüm Gürses’ brother Ahmet Arpacı in Müslüm film. Explaining that Müslem Gürses investigated his life before playing in the movie, Taner Ölmez emphasized that he was very impressed. He said that he was very excited when he learned that Müslüm Gürses would play his brother in the movie.
The successful actor said, “He was a person I loved very much. I saw that Müslüm Gürses loves his brother the most and I will play the person that Müslüm Gürses loves the most, is there a greater chance than this? ”
Taner Ölmez met Müslüm Gürses once in his life. The actor explained with laughter that he lived in that fleeting moment and said:
“Many times before that, I once met Müslüm Gürses in Ataköy. I disturbed the father (laughs). I said, “Hello father, I saw you, I was very happy”. “Okay okay. Come on, ”he said. He ran away. “Look, that kid played your brother years later”, I would like to say to him. ”
