Aslıhan Gürbüz has been featured with the character of Kumru for a few weeks in the TV series Red Room, which was broadcast on Friday evening on tv8 screens. Lastly, Gürbüz took part in Star TV’s much talked about A Little Murder series. Later, due to health problems, she left Istanbul for a quieter life in touch with nature.
The actress who settled in Balıkesir lives in Ayvalık. Aslıhan Gürbüz managed to overcome her ailments by doing lots of yoga during this time. The actress had experienced a discomfort called a frozen shoulder for a long time and had a herniated disc surgery while the A Little Murder continued.
The actress, who chose to rest for a long time after these problems, was also sharing some of her photos taken while doing yoga on Instagram.
The actress has been shooting TV series in Istanbul for about a month. For this reason, she could not find much opportunity for yoga, her routine was broken. Therefore, when bhe tries to do it again, bhe realizes that she loses her flexibility.
