Unforgettable memory: She can’t forget the audition of her first movie. “I went to so many auditions, I went through such things that I can’t explain. Generally, there were not many funny moments in my auditions. It was tense and stressful times for me most of the time. But I have a memory that I can never forget; My audition with Özcan Deniz for the movie ‘Cute Danger’. I studied the scene they gave me and left, but Özcan Deniz gave the lines of a completely different scene. Of course I was shocked. No rote, nothing. He said, ‘Forget about memorization, let’s chase after the feeling’. I enjoyed immensely. When it was over, Özcan said, “Okay, it’s done.” I remember asking, ‘Did it happen?’ a few more times after saying ‘Your role’.”

The first step into acting: She started her television adventure in 2004 with the character of ‘Pelin’ in the TV series ‘Cennet Mahallesi’.

Mindset: “Until these days, the thing I noticed in myself the most, that I thought was a problem, that I had raised, that I had problems with, may have been to realize how simple it really was. Her view of love: “I think love is the most cruel but also the most beautiful feeling in the world. Perspective on business life: The most important factor that gives her the enthusiasm and enthusiasm to work in her profession is the harmony of the team. “Our job is teamwork. No one can do anything alone in this profession. The actress travels with a huge army. It is the same in theatre, in cinema and on television. In the theater, you get the reaction of the audience immediately. You feel. This is probably the most indispensable feeling. to feel them. And one of my indispensables is the working process and what I learned in that process. Acting takes dedication. If you don’t do it for a while, if you don’t keep learning, it will leave you. You keep repeating yourself. It’s actually crazy because you have emotions in it. When they say, ‘This is the actress,’ they also talk about your madness. That’s the best part, I think. We are crazy. Our job is to sell emotions. Sometimes we live without a penny, sometimes with beautiful surprising earnings. We like the challenge. We look at people differently. We also like to analyze them. We want to be the voice of the voiceless. We support the small and the marginalized. We can speak comfortably on stage and make them realize that nobody dares to speak. We wake up. We try to keep them awake. What a wonderful job when you say it like that.”

What has she learned from the pandemic process? Yes, this epidemic has closed us in rooms, houses, inside us. We have become afraid of things we are not afraid of, such as hugging. We can’t talk about anything else. It changed our jobs, our relationships, our insides. Some lost themselves, some found themselves. Our priorities have changed. While we love to consume, it forced us to think about what we can produce from where we sit. We didn’t shake mother nature much, the lady showed her strength. “I’m in, you’re nothing,” she said. She taught us that our precious chests are not worth a penny. Is it shoes? Is it clothes? It reminded us of our homes, our kitchen, for example, what it means to live as a family. How real is the fear of death, of suddenly losing loved ones… That death will knock on your door at any moment.
