Family: Originally from Niğdeli, Adana, lived in Elazığ until the age of 7. He said in an interview that he considered himself as Niğdeli. The lawyer working in the State Hydraulic Works is the only child of the parents. In 2012, she married Bilge Türe, an actress like him, the couple has a daughter named Ayda and her son and a son named Gökyüzü.
Education life: He graduated from TED Ankara College. After two years in Ankara University State Conservatory Theater Department, he transferred to Istanbul Mimar Sinan University Theater Department and graduated from there. He also studied theater in Italy and the USA. He has a master’s degree in cinema – directing for 7 years at the Calfornia Institute of the Arts University in Los Angeles. American Years: He worked as a babysitter to earn money while studying in America. “I needed money while I was studying. I started babysitting as a result of coincidence. It was a tough job. But while looking at the children, I didn’t say ‘Oh what is this? I did it by feeling and loving. I also worked as a clown at birthday parties. I liked it, it made me comfortable. Since my reason for going to America is education, I never had a problem like I should stay there as an artist. I did what I had to do there. I completed my directing education. I shot my medium length movie. I had short films. I’ve had an acting experience. And the feeling I got back to change something in me wakes up in Turkey. But that does not mean that I will forever stay in Turkey. If I want to do something in America, I can go back.
First step into acting: He started his television adventure with the series ‘Deliyle Geçen Gece’.
With which project did he shine? He drew attention with the character of “Commissioner Çınar” in the “Steal My Heart” series.

Seeing the patients’ courage and commitment to these realities helped me grasp the main motivation of a doctor. It was an inspiring experience to watch a group of idealistic doctors try hard to save people’s lives.”
What kind of person is he on set? He believes that while creating a character, it is necessary to be able to enter his world and to have that knowledge and perspective, even if a little. “But this is not something that can happen in a short time. For example, I have a doctor consultant friend for the character of “Ateş Hekimoğlu”. Thanks to him, I got into real hospital environments. I was at the diagnostic stages of patients who could not be diagnosed. I observed doctor-patient relationships. I am constantly going over the cases in the script so that it is not by heart. ”

Perspective on business life: He thinks that acting is not a job that can be done very easily both psychologically and physically, it is necessary to work continuously, to get education and to spend serious time. “It’s a difficult industry. The actor also needs to retrain and renew himself with each role. Acting is a very complex business, mentally, physically, and intellectually. It spreads to the whole of life. Each character, story leaves a mark on you. But this is not something that reflects on a person himself and his life. It can only change the way you look at things. Isn’t life like that anyway? Every day progresses, leaving a trace on the person. There are techniques I apply in the name of acting, but these are not methods I have developed specifically. I examine whatever a role requires. I don’t see myself competent enough to make judgments in the name of acting. ”
Career plan: He hardly had any concerns about planning his career. “Of course, people have to earn their living at certain points. I’ve been able to win so far. He can earn his life in other ways. As long as you don’t keep the standards too high, it feels like a human being will sustain his life somehow. I can play both funny and bad guy. They are not separate things. Acting is acting. There is no distinction between funny acting and tearful acting. Are there just people laughing or just people crying in life? I stepped into the profession as a funny man, but I do not want him to be stuck with such a label. I wouldn’t want it to be said ‘this comedian guy’ or ‘he can only play funny roles’. At least I know I haven’t done anything to call me a comedian. I have a comedian in me, but he’s not out yet. Nothing came out yet! Take your time, more interesting things will come out of me; the freer you get, the more you find yourself. I realize the beauties and details inside me as I grow and I just get excited about myself. ”
Music career: Dealing with music is one of the areas in which he feels both exciting and happiest. “Sometimes people question life at some points. So if you are a questioning person, you do this every semester. In some periods, you are questioning more with the effect of events outside of you. And when you realize that life comes and goes, you think of the classical phrase, the mortal world. What your time passes with is important. At that point, you enter the mood to do what makes me happy and excited. Actually, music was something that started for me above all else. I started playing guitar in middle school years. I was very interested in music. I gradually started to compose and write lyrics. Then we formed a university band and I started playing in bars. I had dreams about music. I released an album called ‘Mayhoş’. “I wrote all the songs on the album. My friend Neşe Şen wrote the lyrics for a song. Some of them are songs I used to make. One day I saw that there are a lot of songs I made. Bad bad recordings on such tapes, tapes. Saved so as not to forget. First, I wanted to make them tidy, and then the album came. ”
How has being a father changed your life? After becoming a father of two children, a lot has changed for him emotionally. “These are not summed up in two or three sentences. It is necessary to write poems and songs on it. Whatever father you want to be, the process is developing outside of you. Maybe our children will tell about this one day. Because what matters is how they see me and their perspective. I hope they explain well. ”
Favorite feature? Sincerity and honesty.
Most disliked feature? The desire to give people their limits.
What is he most angry about. He doesn’t like people who seek power. “My friend in the industry, my actor, I shoot the most beautiful film, Cannes, I don’t like the attitude of popular cinema, advertising.”
How is he with social media? He does not use social media. “I am not intersted. I only use my phone for phone calls, texting and listening to music. ”
