Founded in 2016, Akli Film has produced many successful productions to date. The production company, which has signed historical projects such as the Uyanış Büyük Selçuklu and Hay Sultan, is now bringing the Alp Arslan series to life.
Preparations for the Alp Arslan series, starring Fahriye Evcen and Barış Arduç, continue at full speed. The two actors, who took horse riding and sword riding lessons for their roles, will soon be on the set for the first episodes.
Emre Konuk, the producer of the series, also answered the questions of Milliyet newspaper columnist Sina Koloğlu. The guest pointed out that the series Uyanış Büyük Selçuklu was translated into Spanish in the week it was broadcast.
“We have a state, a statesman and an epic in our past. It is waiting to come to light,” said Konuk, adding that Turkey will have more experience both financially and in terms of experience, and that it will dominate the world market very soon.
Emphasizing that, however, it is necessary to go a long way in order to achieve full success, and that the scenarios should give up the didactic narration, Emre Konuk also announced that Alp Arslan is now ready for the set, and that the series will start to come to the screens around the end of September and the beginning of October.
The Alp Arslan series, which is a continuation of the giant project Uyanış Büyük Selçuklu, which was very successful in the ratings last season, is expected to last for three seasons. The life of Alp Arslan will now be told in the series, whose reign of Sultan Melikşah came to an end.
