Feyyaz Şerifoğlu, the Yasin of the series ‘Bir Sevdadır’ (It is A Love), which is counting the days to meet the audience on TRT 1 screens on Wednesday, January 31st at 20.00 with its impressive story and successful cast, made a statement about his role for the first time.
Feyyaz Şerifoğlu, the leading actor of the series Bir Sevdadır; “How did you feel when you first read the script?” He answered the question as follows:
“First of all, it impressed me that it was a very real and warm story. The second thing that is important for me is that, as a Black Sea native, I am portraying a Black Sea character…
While reading the script from time to time, seeing the similarities between Feyyaz and Yasin makes me laugh a lot and I think it will help the audience find a piece of themselves.”
Şerifoğlu stated that the character Yasin he plays has aspects that identify with him. The famous actor gave the following information about the character:
“Since my name comes from the Metin, Ali and Feyyaz trio, it is priceless to give life to a football player and a national team player in the 3rd project of my career. Although there are many places where I identify with the character of Yasin, I cannot even imagine the feeling it will evoke in the audience if I take the difficulties, troubles and joy of a football actor’s life from the right place and reflect them correctly. This means sleepless nights with excitement until the project starts.”
Şerifoğlu stated that he went through an intense preparation process with the following words: “To be honest, it is every actor’s dream to do special work for that project, such as losing weight, gaining weight, shaving his hair or growing it long, for a role in the project he will play. God blessed me with this project and we worked with more than one coach for Yasin. I was asked to lose weight and joined a special diet program and professional training program. I have been working exclusively with Yasin for about 3 months, we used versatile acting techniques. This allowed me to develop a different perspective. So, I had to prepare myself for this role both physically and mentally. “I will be looking forward to the audience’s comments on the broadcast day.”
Şerifoğlu, who says that he feels very lucky to take part in the TV series ‘Bir Sevdadır’, enjoys being with a good team. The famous actor spoke on this subject as follows: “First of all, what we do is a team game. The most important thing in team play is to achieve the right chemistry. Here, I think our dear producer Mehmet Bozdağ has established the right team to ensure that this project yields good results. I have valuable actor brothers and elders. We work with a very nice team. I think everyone in the field, from our director to the screenwriter, is at the right point in every field right now. “I say we will win many matches with this team.”
