The new episode of Aşk Mantık İntikam will be broadcast tomorrow evening. The series is doing well in both ratings and social media posts. However, the penalty he received from RTÜK was very surprising for the team and the audience.
RTÜK imposed an administrative fine at the upper limit and a program suspension penalty, on the grounds that there were derogatory expressions that contradict gender equality and foster discrimination against women in one scene of the Aşk Mantık İntikam TV series.
The fine was met with reaction by the audience. One viewer drew attention to the fact that violent TV series are not sanctioned and said: “We want penalties and bans on TV shows with guns, bullies, hits, and raccoons, TV shows with threats of “I’ll kill you” flying in the air, and TV series where psychological problems are brought to the fore!”
